What challenges, obstacles or needs were you facing that led you to seek the services/solutions provided by 24/7 Express Logistics?

The St. Louis area has always been a difficult area to cover our stores for final mile delivery. Before 24/7 Express Logistics, our stores were not serviced in a timely manner. All that changed with 24/7.


Describe your selection process and what were the primary drivers leading to your choice of 24/7 Express Logistics?

My selection process is two-fold. First, I request a recommendation from my best provider. Second, I research the company and then, I will talk with the representative of the company. What I am looking for is rapport, quality and price. Service is the most important.


What business process/function does your service from 24/7 Express Logistics enhance? 

We now have delivery on time and at the right store. We’ve achieved a reduction in claims and reduction in cost of labor (when the delivery is on time, we can schedule consequently).


How would you describe your experience working with 24/7 Express Logistics?

Efficient, courteous, adequate. If you want a company that knows how to handle freight, is courteous with their customers and caring about partnership, 24/7 Express Logistics is a sure bet.
