Our commitment to excellence began with our owners, Rick and Christine Gilbert. The husband and wife team founded 24/7 Express Logistics in 2001. Both Rick and Christine have strong backgrounds in the transportation and logistics industry. They even met while working for a logistics company! Their passion for helping customers, going above and beyond to deliver industry-best service, and finding the right solutions to fit each client’s unique needs led them to start their own company.

The first 24/7 Express Logistics location was opened in Kansas City, followed by a second location in St. Louis. It was important to both Rick and Christine to build the company on the principle of being a trusted partner their customers could rely on to keep their business moving forward. They have stayed true to this value, with the proof being in 24/7’s long-term customer retention and stellar customer satisfaction rates.
