Summer Bow Tie Pasta Salad

Ingredients – Dressing
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/2 c. white vinegar
1 t. salt
1-1/2 t. pepper
2 T. prepared yellow mustard
1 T. parsley flakes
1 t. garlic salt

Ingredients – Pasta
Bow Tie Pasta (farfalle)

Mix dressing, set aside. Boil pasta until tender. Drain. Rinse with cold water (until pasta is cold). Chop up pepper, onion, and tomato. In large bowl mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Best if made a day or several hours in advance.
